After being the face of brands like Anchor toothpaste, Yakult health drink, Whirlpool, Alpenliebe, the effervescent Kajol has done it again. The talented charming actress has been chosen as a brand ambassador for Oil Of Olay. Kajol not only will be seen endorsing brands but also would be seen in her forthcoming colossal projects in the coming days titled Toonpur Ka Superhero and My Name Is Khan.

Karan Johar has been going around town tom-tomming that he has signed his favorites – Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol for his next venture ‘I am Khan’. However, it is said the talented actress has not given the green signal to the project yet. She is waiting for the script to be ready so that she can get a narration. Only after that she will decide whether to give a thumps up to good old friend Karan.

Kajol’s probably the only film star and that too a successful one who prefers knitting to acting. She loves knitting so much that she can stop acting altogether but cannot give up knitting. As she feels knitting is part of her personality. It is said, the actress keeps three knitting projects around the place -- one in her room, one upstairs in the den and one downstairs in the car. So that wherever she is she has one ongoing project on hand. It’s therapeutic for her.

Just before the release of her husband Ajay Devgan’s directorial debut ‘U Me Aur Hum’, Kajol took time off to inaugurate Cinemax, a multiplex at Ahmedabad in the State of Gujarat. The actress looked ravishing in a gorgeous white salwar kameez. However, Ajay gave the inauguration event a miss as he was busy promoting his film back in Mumbai. But he ensured that his ‘UMH’ co-stars Karan Khanna and Sumeet Raghavan accompanied his actress wife to Ahmedabad.

A special screening of Ajay Devgan’s directorial debut, ‘U Me Aur Hum’ was held at Cinemax. The film’s cast including Ajay Devgan, Kajol, Sumeet Raghvan and Divya Dutt was present.

Member of Parliament Shri Ravi Shankar Prasad arranged a special screening of Ajay Devgan’s maiden directorial venture ‘U, Me Aur Hum’ in New Delhi for the Honourable leader of Opposition, Lok Sabha Shri LK Advani. Present at the screening were Ajay Devgan, Kajol, Mr & Mrs Advani, Ravi Shankar Prasad and Information & Broadcasting Minister Sushma Swaraj along with the rest of the cast of the film.
